    How many guests can the house accommodate?

    DisneyLuxury can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. There are 3 Double rooms, 1 Twin-bedded room and the pull out sofa bed in the lounge area for two more people.

  • I would like to pay by credit card, is that a problem?

    I would like to pay by credit card, is that a problem?

    Not at all. We will forward you a PayPal link for the amount. You just click through and follow the instructions. No need for a paypal account yourself you just need a credit card. Unfortunately we have to pass on the 4% charges to you so this is added to the total amount owed.

    We accept cheques made payable to P Matthewman and posted to our UK address; 12 Little Victory Mount, St Mary's Island, Chatham. Kent. ME4 3TB. Or you can pay direct BACS to our UK current account, or our Bank Of America Florida Account. We will give you the account codes.

    For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, but is permitted on the deck. Sorry no pets are allowed.

    Disney Luxury has a south facing pool giving all day sunshine. This is particularly important during the Winter months when the sun is lower in the sky.

  • What is the view from the pool area?

    The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping on all sides; the only home next door is shielded from view by shrubbery. The main view from the pool deck is conservation area. There is a road running alongside one side of the pool deck, but again the view is protected by landscaping and there is enough distance from the road for there to be no noise disturbance.

    Directions will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival. Driving in Orlando is a breeze, the roads are wide and well sign posted. Our home is easily reached on mostly main roads from the airports. On arrival you will be able to use your unique code to access the key. No need to divert to a management office to collect keys!

    Just yourself and your own personal items. Bed linen, towels, pool towels, hairdryers are provided. We will provide small items such as dishwasher tablets, hand soaps and toilet rolls but you will need to top up as there will only be enough for a few days. There is a huge Wal Mart close by for all your groceries.

    Disney Luxury is well equipped for our younger guests. Our home comes complete with a crib/cot and bedding, high chair and stroller. For older children we have a Pool Table/ Darts in the games room, plus a DVD player in the lounge.

    There are cable TV's in two bedrooms ( ground floor master and 1st floor Double Room) as well as a Cable TV & DVD player in the family room. There is also a Stereo system and a portable CD player for those tunes by the pool. We also have a professional size wooden pool table in the Games Room along with a Darts set. The Games Room is also furnished with Bar Table & Stools for the audience to watch the action in comfort!

    Yes, pool heating can be provided at any time of the year, but is recommended between November and April. There is a separate charge for this of £75 / $125 per week.

    The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are maintained weekly. A mid-term clean is also available for a local charge. A welcome pack can also be arranged if required, please ask for details. Your rental costs also include the cost of a clean after you depart if your stay is 5 days or more. If your rental is less than 5 days then a cleaning fee of $90 USD will be added to your rental costs.

    Florida is one of the top golfing destinations in the world. With it's year round ambient weather and some of the USA's top courses in the Orlando area, you will always be able to find a new course every day if you choose. Our local golf course is the fabulous LEGENDS of Florida, voted best Florida Golf Course in 2004!

    At the entrance to the Silver Creek ( about 20 mins walk ) is the Santa Fe restaurant and bar. Absolutely wonderful! Great steaks, super cocktails and best of all Happy Hour all day long!!

    We have employed an excellent local management company to look after your every need. There is a Management Company folder in the home with contact numbers, along with local information regarding trash collection, using the telephone and any other household questions you may have. The folder also contains information on tourist attractions.

    The only extra we charge for is pool heat. We have provided everything we can think of to make your vacation as memorable as possible but we are always open to new ideas and suggestions. We have even pre-paid for the costs of your telephone calls from the villa!

    Sending an enquiry is the easiest way but you can also phone us. If you prefer us to call you, just drop us an email and we will call back at a time convenient to you.
